Add Creme Fraiche starter to A2 beta-casein cream for a delicious, cultured treat. Enjoy crème fraiche drizzling over fresh fruit, over waffles, add richness to a smoothy, in cream soups, as topping in ice creams, make strawberries and cream, etc.
It can turn into mascarpone when drained slightly, it will become a very thick and creamy, it is fabulous on sweet bread or over bagels.

CRÈME FRAICHE STARTER CULTURE: easy to make and maintain, no heating required. Crème Fraiche is a mesophilic culture, which means it cultures at room temperature. There’s no yogurt making equipment involved. It just needs to sit out at room temperature for several hours and its done. All our cultures are grown in organic A2 whole creamy milk from my private farm association. I had sensitivities to dairy most of my life. A2 milk gave me back my freedom now I enjoy eating cheese and yogurt without upsetting my gut and my immune system. Not all milk proteins are equal.
