Lacto-fermented cucumbers are my favorite, they are very juicy and refreshing with the perfect level of acidity, of course less acid than the vinegar conserved from the store. Do you know that pickled cucumbers help to dissolve precipitates of uric acid and thus prevents the formations of stones.
Our star ingredient is kefir whey or yogurt whey to give a good microbial boost to our pickles.
